We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled at MyPetCare.

At MyPetCare, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our return window is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer unless instructed by us.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

- Perishable goods
- Personal care or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products

Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and verified.
8. Gifts Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the return value once the item is approved.
If the gift was not marked accordingly, the refund will be processed back to the original purchaser.
